1 Registration

During registration, please ensure that the information provided is accurate, as it will be shared with any selected schools as part of the candidate’s UKiset School Profile.

Schools will also use this information to inform candidates if they chose to progress their application. You will be required to upload the candidate’s picture and provide a copy of their current government-issued passport.

UKiset will confirm availability to your preferred test date that you choose during registration. You will receive a confirmation email, as well as your invigilation guide.
We offer online invigilation 7 days a week. Weekend invigilation includes an extra 10% fee.

The invigilation will be carried out by a member of the UKiset team, who will be able to guide the student during the assessment.

Online invigilation is a secure and efficient way for candidates to sit the test, from anywhere in the world.

We strongly encourage all candidates to provide a 1-to-2-minute self-introduction video to stand out from other applicants and show their motivation and personality to the admissions team. The video must be 4 minutes or less, a maximum file size of 20MB and in MP4 format. The video can be uploaded to the UKiset registration form or sent shortly after to enquiries@ukiset.com.
 
The video should include the following information:
  • Your name & age
  • Interests, hobbies & extracurricular activities you enjoy
  • Favourite subjects & why?
  • Your reasons for wanting to study in the UK.

2 Your Test Day

Please ensure that you have the following items with you on the day of testing: 1. Passport 2. Headphones (optional) 3. A pen and lined and scrap paper 4. Printed copy of the essay template Please note that the use of mobile phones, calculators or dictionaries are strictly prohibited during the whole length of the test.

3 Your Results

After completing all three parts of the test, the Parent Report will be processed and emailed to the contact provided during registration. The UKiset School Report will be sent directly to any pre-selected schools. The result will take roughly 3 working days to process. The selected schools will respond to you or your agent directly.

4 Your school selections

The UKiset School Report can be sent to up to 5 schools free of charge, any additional schools will cost £50 per school.

You can select your chosen schools during or after registration.
If no schools were selected during registration, you can notify UKiset of any school choices by emailing enquiries@ukiset.com once you have decided which schools you wish to apply to.

The results will remain valid for one year after the test date, and students are allowed to re-sit the test every 3 months.

We recommend to always contact schools you are interested in to check if they have places available and confirm their admissions deadlines to avoid disappointment.
